Materion does NOT have 60 years of experience with REE extraction technologies! They HAVE 60 years of experience with extraction technologies....as in OTHER minerals and metals. REE's are in a category all by themselves. 

What brought Materion to this deal.....DOD funding. Materion is willing to give it go.....using US Govt funds. IF HREE separation was so simple as you make it out to be, why does an experienced REE junior like Ucore need Materion? Why does SGS need Materio? Why does Solvay need MetChem? 

I truly hope you see my point here. There is a lot of Stockhouse junior REE experince here.....but very little REE separation/refining experience I'm afraid.
