One could say we have everything ready on standby... just have to wait for prepa to complete there side of the work...

Sage opens Feb. 

Not much has changed since last year. 

Only people like roadapple trying to throw FUD around here.. while not having a position.. which i think hes probably buying if hes still sticking around here
