RE:2020 Predictions

RE:2020 PredictionsInvestor from day 2 (missed IPO day) here....

I only see two possible outcomes:

1) they go bankrupt or delist in the next 18 months due to cash constraints

2) they are acquired by a larger player for their distro network in Cali for peanuts (less than .10 cents)

Anyone actively averaging down or building a position right now, is playing a dangerous game imo. The management team made too many missteps well documented here and elsewhere...

I commend Dakota and his work with Calyx, they should actually put him at the helm as CEO. It's sad that they blew through all the cash going in 30 directions but it is what is at this point....I'm just holding what I have to see what happens. I'm riding to zero and I think that is much more likely this year than any other.

Calyx lost their largest customer accounting for almost all of their revenue , which makes EAT virtually worthless with a licence and a bag of debt.

For those that think legalization will help EAT, I would counter that they are already too far in debt with far too many shares (almost 400m) to the point where they can't raise capital quickly enough to scale vs new larger players that can move quickly and acquire, etc.

They didn't bother to communicate that their JV deal with ABBA has been terminated (just like almost every other deal), but they aren't coming to Canada anytime soon because they are on life support....

I'm not trying to negative, but please look at this stock objectively and ask their management team the tough questions.

The meeting on the 30th is asking for more runway from early investors and now they are under "strategic review" to see how to come out of this alive. All red flags, everywhere.

Posner is a real estate agent with little experience running a large company. I remember he said in an interview that EAT would be profitable by the end of 2020, lol  .Wilky wonka helped launch 1 edible in 3 years as CEO as a "edibles company". Adam is a securities lawyer who can barely speak in public. Two presidents have bailed , many internal employees have been fired. Read all the signs....

Good luck all in 2020, invest wisely.
