Earthworks Industries Inc. (“Company”) is pleased to report that SCS Engineers has completed the updating of the Site Specific Flexibility Requests (SSFR’s) on behalf of the Company’s wholly owned U.S subsidiary, Cortina Integrated Waste Management Inc.
 
The Company today forwarded the updated SSFR’s to the Wintun Environmental Protection Agency for processing and submittal to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for final review and approval.
 
Mr. David Atkinson commented, “We are extremely pleased to have these documents completed after almost 2 years of review and updating as they are a critical item in allowing us to proceed.”
