Holiday Greetings from Eve & Co.

Season’s greetings from Eve & Co! As the popular Christmas song says, “it’s the most wonderful time of the year,” and the Eve & Co team couldn’t agree more! This is a perfect time to reminisce on all our great endeavors and accomplishments of 2019.

This year has brought so many amazing milestones, including the completion of our 780,000 square foot expansion project – which was recently approved by Health Canada. We have also had successful shipments of dried flower to Newfoundland, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Ontario. And lastly, we were delighted to share that our President and CEO, Melinda Rombouts was awarded the ‘One to Watch’ from RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards.

Before we know it, we’ll be ringing in the new year and the new projects it brings. From everyone at Eve & Co we want to wish you a Merry Christmas and happy holidays. As we look forward to 2020, we wish you nothing but health, happiness and prosperity.

Eve & Co Announces Health Canada Approval of 780,000 Square Foot Flowering Room

STRATHROY, Ontario, Dec. 16, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Eve & Co Incorporated (“Eve & Co” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: EVE; OTCQX: EEVVF) is pleased to announce that Health Canada has approved an amendment to the licence of its wholly-owned subsidiary Natural MedCo Ltd. permitting the use of Flowering Room 3 as a grow area. This flowering room is the new 780,000 square foot expansion completed in August that brings together best in class greenhouse technology, components, engineering and design. The licensing of Flowering Room 3 as a grow area enables the Company to continue its production ramp-up to supply cannabis markets in Canada and abroad.
