RE:RE:Voting Deadline for Cresco Transaction is Friday December 27Your OH shares will be converted to Cresco Lab shares at conversion ratio of .7031, so 1000 shares of OH will then be 703 shares of Cresco. If the trend of Cresco is up at time of conversion, then many will choose to hold the converted shares. As long as there is a discount, most will hold OH shares at least til discount closes to near zero. Pros & cons as to holding converted shares, no hard & fast rule but if you think sector will recover in 2020 & that Cresco is a good co., then hold. Imho, dyodd, glta.
