SZLS entered into an agreement with Multi Plan Inc (60 million consumers) and Three Rivers Provider Network (200 million lives).
2) June 10, 2019...
SZLS sign a global licensing with Oncore Pharma, it will result in approximately 1.750.000 tests over 5 years.
3) July 9,2019...
SZLS expand sales force through Costal Medical, who deserve some of the largest Hospital Systems in the Southeast.
4) Oct 10,2019...
Oncore Pharma and BodyCheck NL sign a multi-year agreement, with a commitment of approximately 275,000 tests (ColonSentry).
5) Oct,2019...
SZLS make ColonSentry tests available to consumer throught online Telehealth Platform (that could be SZLS only revenue until implementation of the big deals are completed).
6) Dec,9,2019...
SZLS add BreastCentry and Prostate Health Index to Oncore Pharma portfolio.
7) Most of all In 2019...
SZLS signed a deal with a very large Healthcare System, that has access to more than 100 million patients.
Question, Why is it that with so many good deals SZLS didn't generate any revenue????...
I see 2 reasons..Implementation and Billing process.
Implementation...
Signing a deal is the easy part, but it doesn't mean money will start to come in, first the deal has to be implemented, before revenue start to materialize.
Pharmaceutical Company are some of the most regulated company in the world, with many regulations and laws in regard to Patients, Doctors office, Insurance Company, HealthCare Systems, and most of all Government Agency.
Implementing take time.
Billing Process...
We all know that the Billing Process was stopped on March 31,2019, and was restarted in Oct, 2019 as stated by J.Tripp in the investoriel video.
Into the same video J.Tripp said about the Billing Process and Telehealth " the good thing is we are starting to see revenue into year end ".
Worth a repeat " We are starting to see revenue into year end".
As they say " In the Stock Market, the patient are always rewarded", the deals are signed, implementation is just a question of time.
My New Year resolution...
The Billing Process has been restarted, I will wait for the next big step Implementation and revenue.
