You won't get an answer from the guy. If theres one thing hes consistent about its not providing backup / evidence for this claims.

I think the 1.114m amt ntoed was in refernce to how much EPIC is projecting the build out of the Columbian asset to cost from the lastest PR on SEDAR. No clue on the registration info he gave or the panama papers, think hes pulling that out of the air. Leviathan US is registered in the state it operates, tennessee.
