They borrow paper from large holders and then short heavy down to the price agreed...And then fund the company...It's a BS type of financing that dilutes shareholders waaaaay more than if a real financing were available.

As the share price is so low and the market cap is below $13M, good luck with any of the above being doable - even if Alumina could/would do it.

Maybe Boris could sell the place in Turks & Caicos that he bought by doing things like Alumina-type financings, in order to get things built...

How soon before this goes back to being a mining play?...Gentlemen, start your engines...
