Shareholder Meeting on January 15

We should be receiving meeting information shortly from our brokers to be able to vote. There may not be enough time for a mail in vote so we need to vote on line through Proxyvote or similar service.

A lot of our questions should be answered, primarity the slate of officers that needs to be voted on. They must be working diligently to get things organized. I hope they have not been to optimistic in organizing the meeting for January 15.
