BlackRock Municipal Income Trust (the Fund) is a diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide current income exempt from federal income taxes. Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests at least 80% of its managed assets in investments the income from which is exempt from federal income tax (except that the interest may be subject to the alternative minimum tax). The Fund may invest directly in securities or synthetically through the use of derivatives. The Fund's investment policies provide that it invests at least 80% of its total assets in investment grade quality municipal obligations issued by or on behalf of states, territories and possessions of the United States and their political subdivisions, agencies or instrumentalities, each of which pays interest that, in the opinion of bond counsel to the issuer, is excludable from gross income for federal income tax purposes. Its investment adviser is BlackRock Advisors, LLC.

RE:RE:Kick to the ballsI concurr with your ananlysis. I'm a Quebecer and it's sad to see how the provincial governement here has just about done everything to kill the MJ sector in Quebec. I don't think that HEXO could have anticpated all these obstacles...At legalization all LPs where given a mandate to produce enough pot to address the TAM( Total Available Market =Black market volume). So if an aircraft manufacturer is asked to build a Jumbo jet it expects that the airport authorities build a large and long enough landing strip so it can take off safelty, right? NOT. we get 20 stores instead of 400. NO edibles, NO vapes and no bevs till March 1st. Oh and let's bring up the legal age to 21 so sales get kicked when they're down...I don't think you need to be a St Louis fan to say the poor sales are not his fault! Instead HEXO took all this on the CHIN,as you say, and took appropriate measures in order to survive and fight another day...
