Great Bear Resources Ltd. is a Vancouver-based gold exploration company focused on advancing its 100% owned Dixie project in Northwestern Ontario, Canada. A significant exploration drill program is currently underway to define the mineralization within a large-scale, high-grade disseminated gold discovery made in 2019, the LP Fault. Additional exploration drilling is also in progress to expand and infill nearby high-grade gold zones, as well as to test new regional targets.

RE:They found more visible gold in old core

RE:They found more visible gold in old coreThanks for posting this. I have followed this group, they're pros so positive coverage by them means something in my view.

Don't know if anyone has noticed this or even cares but there is a variation in the way Co.'s report their assays. Even in this coverage which you would think would report our assays verbatim they've changed the format to meters of grade vs. grade over meters which is the way we report. Personally I find the way we report to be a bit differant as I think I'm more used to meters first and then grade.
So I looked at a bunch of other Co.'s and there doesn't seem to be a right or wrong way of doing it.
The Base metals guys seem to be consistant and always report meters of grade whereas gold guys will report either way which is a bit weird as you'd think there would be a standard practice to avoid confusion.
Maybe I'm just so used to seeing the bigger number is always the length and the smaller is always the grade that I'm confused when our grades are as big as everyone elses lengths !
So I get confused, but in a good way.
Nice problem to have actually ! LOL.
