I like the idea of making the next raise readily available to current shareholders, but I'm really not a fan of having a reverse split while we're still pre revenue. IMO It just draws more attention to us for short attacks while our market cap is still based on perceived value and not hard numbers. Generally a RS is done either to attract larger investors that won't invest in penny stocks(a possibility) or to stay on an exchange with minimum price rules(we don't have to worry about that). I think our best case scenario for funds is still possible. That would be that good news over the next 2 months drives the stock price up enough to force exercise existing warrants. Or possibly preorder cash Flo and/or Allis deal. I'm really hoping we don't have to do another raise until revenue is being realized in one or both current projects
