The Lovely Brigitte Baptiste

The Lovely Brigitte BaptisteHas everyone noticed the Colombians have included our beloved Brigitte as one of their fact witnesses. We could not have been more lucky, she, who was trashed by the Constitutional Court which overturned the Paramo elevations, she who used a scale at least 10 times the legal scale, she who never physically visited sites such as Angostura, she who did not consult with the local municipalities...and she who just in the last few weeks admitted she made mistakes.

The government must be very overconfident to put her in the witness docket. This will not end well for her or Colombia. Our lawyers must be wetting their pants right now. Maybe just me but I see her decisions as a source of much of the EOM claim. Very interesting that Mosley-Williams is back on board as our witness. He will be well prepared and the only person in EOM employ with on site experience. That is a good news, I think he is very competent.
