Undervalued stock

Undervalued stockFrom reading the filings, it seems the company has really good lock up structure, and the loose end is only with the CPC the company merged with.
Though it proves again that doing business with Canaccord is a bad idea.
The company is now armed with good cash balance to go after acqusititions, especially with a good tech angle.
The company has done IPO raise at 50 cents, and a prior private round at 39 cents.
The stock is well undervalued in terms previous financing and cash on hand.
Will be buying in tomorrow, and watch this carefully.
