RE:RE:Shareholder Meeting on January 15

I'm guessing that with 37m shares, Peter Bakema is still the largest shareholder (via CVRGlobal which assume is now just an investment vehicle) which i guess; (unless any agreement with him exchanges shares for cash), still leaves him in quite an influential position even if not in operational control.
