if NMX sells assets as part of the Bankruptcy Liquidation, then other LI producers may be interested in...but no investor or producer would be interested in buying it with current contracts and obligations in place...who would be paying money to take over years of bad management and bad decisions...most potential future profit is already promissed.

And I should mention:

I think you know what I'm getting at...read my posts from when SB invested...
