Former customerUsed the brokerage services a fair amount... it's over. BNS is ending their relationship with me...! I'm in the top 20% of earners and on the rise, so it's their loss.
What I can tell you is the services offered by BNS are terrible! I'm happy to be leaving. I think they're ceasing the business relationship b/c I swore at customer service once last week [I was on the phone for an hour before they took my call]. If they want to provide terrible service and follow it up with even worse service they won't be improving their share price!
