RE:RE:RE:Shareholder Meeting on January 15

37M shares..is that the total after the terms of the agreement? I believe 15M doesn't come until after 50M in sales revenue and 5M shares after FDA approval, correct me if I am wrong.

Speaking of shares does anyone on this board actually know how many of the past directors and management owned shares in CVR ? If so, how many?

I wonder if the new management and board members will have skin in the game or will they be independent or both?
