Virtus Diversified Income & Convertible Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide total return through a combination of current income, current gains and long-term capital appreciation. The Fund will normally invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in a diversified portfolio of convertible securities, income-producing equity securities and income-producing debt and other instruments of varying maturities, of which at least 50% of total managed assets are invested in convertibles. The Fund has the latitude to write covered call options on the stocks held in the equity portion. The Fund's investment advisor is Virtus Investment Advisers, Inc., and its investment subadvisor is Voya Investment Management Co. LLC.

$60 million and more in sales. EBITDA positive. Growing business. And tou think it's not worth 0.20?? I'm sure it will be at 0.25 when they will announce next Q results and 0.50 later in 2020.

Really bad play waiting so long to do a PP could have done one 6 months ago before the review much higher. 

Instead they paid 6 months of consulting fee;s to be told to do a PP.. CRAZY and showes how little

He is an idea man he made a cool idea and sold it for a lot but now trying to run this busines my guess he will lose his fortune as he is a majority share owner here.

This is why he is not selling becasue his company is not worth more then .20 and if he sells for that he loses millions of his own money.. 

So I would not touch this above .08 and once the PP is/if filled the float doubles and will take so much trading to get just back to .20.

they will have to do another raise as the company is not cash flow positve so the stroy here is years of dillution.. good luck but not buying this story and sold once i realized the company wont be sold.
