Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. I was looking at the past 5 years of history for ONC. Every time when the price jumped up to $8ish, the volume is about over 1million share traded in a month. but this time, it's 10 million shares traded in Dec. Big money is moving in.
