Major developments close?Very interesting......On April 1st, 2019, Ghyslain Gagnon, professor at the ETS became a consultant for the Integration of our technology
Maybe Mr. Gagnon's involvement as a consultant for integration purposes could validate how close we are to a deal of some sort. 
interesting background/experience on his linkedin, ????....as a consultant is he considered an insider?
