In my opinion this is just a delay tactic by centera. They are still buying in to their 50%. Probably dont have the cash needed to advance the project so why not find a way to delay. Maybe someone else will step in and buy out the centera portion or buy the whole thing. The project feasibility study shows that we are ready to roll. No bad news here in my opinion
