RE:2020 52 week high.

RE:2020 52 week high. Golddogg,
Until I see something to the contrary, I continue to believe ELS will either manufacture under license RPC's pumps or they will simply buy RPC.  Looking at ELS's newly enhanced website, I see no reference to RPC at all.  HALS is heavily promoted, as is their aquistion of Blaze couplings tech. https://endurancelift.com/blaze-sucker-rod-couplings/
I
f I'm correct in my memory, Eric stated in the early days of the ELS agreement, ELS was critical of RPC's durabiity in the formations they were seeing in the US.  Apparently, their Blaze aquisiton solves the issues they were fighting, so, I'm thinking they are seeing a superior product utilizing  Blaze and HALS.  It really makes little sense for them NOT to buy out RPC at these prices.  Easy enough to see the BOD having the votes to swing towards a sale, and really Eric must be thinking that it is way harder than he thought it would be, he has the patents and Canadian Winters are feeling colder in his old age.  And, surely there must be a reason, other than a lack of competency, why RPC is not reconstructing their product page (whilst ELS has spiffy new web pages and videos).  At .80 CDN ELS would be getting a very sweet deal and I'd almost break even.......
Anyway, these are my thoughts, guess time will tell.
