Stock is up 800%.
You think it will go up another 800% ?

Remember the .dot com bust?
This is why the deal is so good for Managment of KL but so completely bad for shareholders.

Problem is is that there is very very  little room for KL to maneuver higher. Those that got in earlier , take your money ( less the recent setback ) and run.  If your new  and get into KL today, then you may receive a small gain but those detour gold shareholder ( old and new ) are absolutely and totaly screwed over ( to put it mildly) by this deal.
