Cortland is a designer, manufacturer, and supplier of technology advanced synthetic ropes, slings, and tethers to the aerospace & defense, marine, renewables, and other diversified industrial end markets. The Holdings segment includes investments in Clear Media Limited, Kognitiv, as well as minority investments in various public company securities and limited partnerships.

So, since Aeromxico works closely with the U.S. carrier Delta Air Lines, (which owns part of Aeromxico and in 2015 announced its intention to acquire up to 49%) , would Aeromexico & Delta be the most likely group candidate to initiate a Takeover bid?
