I also think it’s a buy - I’m surprised investors in countries other than Canada aren’t buying up share!  Titan is offering non-Canadian investors in Core Gold Cash for their share.  That’s more than a double from here.

In my opinion, this is one last desperate attempt to defraud minority shareholders by corrupt members of Core gold - Titan and core Golds management are one and the same.  Bunch of criminals.  All of this is just an effort to shake out weak shareholders, and on the remote possibility the purchase goes through it’s a miracle for them... but for now the Titan group is desperate to secure as many share as possible before the actual vote.  Don’t sell them share for cheap.  If we sell our shares they walk away with a billion dollar company pennies on the dollar. 

Core directors know if they keep pushing this Titan fraud, core shareholders  will be pursuing legal action to seize their personal assets.

In the end the Canadian courts aren’t going to allow this to happen!  Especially, since there’s already a president set by the B.C. Supreme Court between Titan and core.  They’re going to be laughed out of the courtroom by another judge.
