So it looks like the British Columbia Securities Commission is finally waking up. I just find this statement very funny " The Board has also been undertaking an updated due diligence review 
of Titan and its business, assets, and liabilities, and other changes, subsequent to the termination with the original agreement with Titan, as of July 19, 2019. "   So, in other words, with all findings by the fairness hearing, and almost 6 months later, and with multiple emails by nervous investors as to hostile Titan coming back to the table, presently the " due diligence is largely completed."  In my opinion, with all the evidence, from the first go-around, the due diligence review should have taken less than a week. Fiduciary responsibility. i guess the BCSC can figure it out. I sure can't. glta
