House 7 - TD Securities Inc.

House 7 - TD Securities Inc.Dickhead is particularly aggressive today, offering 40,000+ at 3.59, then when a buyer starts to nibble that, offers another 10,000 just below, and then 7,500 just below that, and then starts hitting bids.

This from the same house that takes every opportunity to downtick the market.

Obvious agenda, and it's certainly not achieving the best price from a long position. Where are the regulators? Dark pools and no uptick shorting has allowed banks and their large hedgefund accounts to manipulate at will, using their large capital pools to push around the venture listings.

Yes, fundamentals will win out in this case, but these large short players can also break the backs of lesser companies, and determine who can attract capital, and at what price. Who allows this to happen? Our fragmented and broken regulatory system. Shame.
