Decent Risk reward

Decent Risk rewardDespite the fact that some of their projects  got terminated  and they had some board changes in 2019 this still looks like decent risk reward here in the 50's with 19 million cash in the bank and the chart basing. Pretty quiet around here, good time to accumulate if you still believe in the company
