RE: The long haul

RE: The long haulWell i have been in this for years since 04 and since then what have we seen? A stock price that struggles to go up on good news and tanks on somewhat poor news. We also saw the dividend chopped by 56%. A CEO who had to be let go because he did something and was an idiot.
When i see a meaningful rise in price like to $30 so my total portfolio goes up not down, that is when i will start to feel better because even with the dividend chopped in half at least the capitol is back to where it was.
I dont believe you own securities just for dividends. You have to think about capitol preservation also. A year ago if i would have had more money to throw around like i hear on this board i would have bought a shite load at $12 to bring my ACB down to say $22 but where is all this money.
Like i said on a earlier post with 20/20 hindsight i wish i sold at $50 then 40 then 30 but i didnt so here i am.
Anyway that is my rant for today. Still holding until after the next earnings report. Then maybe it is time to move on.
