I don't think I see any shoes dropping, but the upside momentum would increase with a dividend cut. Total expenditiures/FFO has been over 100% for 11 straight years, management should of acted a long time ago, now we can just hope oil prices will help. The DRIP will cease in the 4th quarter which will hurt a little short term but long term it's wise.
