SP is actually reflecting the distribution of shares. Should have known from day one that someone was off when the 1.15 distribution was announced. As the market didnt even out like you thought it would. This would suggest from day 1 the deal was first announced they had no plans of distributing the 1.15 for 1 and basically everyone but retail knew about it.... that a scam
