Pfffff, that has to be the hardest earned 6.8% in the history of activism investing. 
I'm surprised they wouldn't force Baker to cough an extra 30c-50c or so. I guess Catalyst really didn't want to be a buyer itself at 11$ and is just happy not losing face.

Not really pleased with this outcome... But hey, a gain is a gain. 
 

Same outcome could probably have been reached by year end if Baker wasn't such a rtard...
