RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:lol that's a good one Ashleigh,
I disagree. Hawkeye and "Benz" were interesting characters, but hardly valuable for analysis. Some things to note:
1 - Hawkeye insisted on Ad Hominen attacks. Anytime there was an intelligent question, he flipped his lid, including legal threats. I found Hawkeyes refusal to discuss some of the challenges highly suspicious. Many of us are DAY ONE investors, but that doesn't mean we spend our lives here posting, but we DO read it all. Much of his information was blatantly incorrect. I will tell you from experience that Hawkeye knows NOTHING of the fertigation system.
My use of the term "garden widgets" was to intentionally rile him up, and to see if he had emotional attachment to the term "rotational garden". Sure enough, he showed his hand by just losing his mind when cute terminologies were used. Beware ANYONE that attacks ad hominem. Its an immediate "tell".
2 - Call the office. This is a fun Mantra which is usually a retort to questions that cannot be answered. Count the number of times someone has yelled "call the office!" (its a fun drinking game). Its humorous since it assumes we haven't already CALLED the office, or that we KNOW the office quite well? Hm? Do people here understand what a Forum is? Do they realize this is here so as an ADJUNCT to the office?
3 - Legal. The patent suit is not easy breezy. This will be painful. Furthermore, lets not forget the SECOND lawsuit still pending. See my previous post. Any updates on the SECOND, and rarely mentioned lawsuit? Anyone? Its been WHISPER quiet here.
4 - Financials. My confidence as a day one investor is curently zero. I have seen this stock crater from 2 dollars like a ski slope. The fact is, they aren't making enough revenue. Can anyone refute that? Will anyone buy a Garden in the middle of a legal battle? I would not, and my guess is, neither will the Swedes.
5 - Conference Call Recordings. Ashleigh is completely correct, but psychologically speaking it was interesting to note WHO and WHAT was said in response to Ashleighs very innocuous and quite frankly, very standard request. Why aren't they recorded? Instead of the board saying "huh, yeah, why aren't they recorded", excuses were made. Do we all really believe that the Company itself doesn't read and participate in these kinds of boards? Is the board being influenced? Good questions I think. Again, as someone who knows a thing or two about the office, and the technology available, they could easily post the recordings. They are chosing not to. The question is: why?
6 - Most Importantly: The Board Changes. I have watched with amusement as everyone tries to brush off the board changes and staff changes. Lets review shall we?
- Bill Robinson. This was not a light loss, his focus was on the Indigenous piece. Notice since his departure this piece has stalled? Anyone looked at Brad Callihoos (Fort McMurray 468) twitter lately? not a mention since Oct 2018 regarding the "Sacred Stone" Cannabis site (never mentioned by RQB) and the Centerfire Group (who dat?). Any thoughts? To me, it looks like many of the 1st Nations groups are actually avoiding Ravenquest, to my mind.
- Jorge Bonet. Anyone remember the departure of a Leading Cancer Surgeon from the team? Not one mention here, but its probably important.
- Dave Cross. Do we remember the "unbalance report" as featured by DrStoxxMan? Its good to see him gone. A million dollar typo is one typo too many.
- Henk, Tony, and Bechtel. Notice how these lads all departed once the value was completely sucked out of the company. Notice Bechtels huge insider sale?
Now, lets look at the new team shall we? Oh! Wait, Mark Ahrends-Townsend left after just one month!
Ok, so lets look at the new team. They are young, everyone seems to know how to dress nice! How lovely! Anyone? Cassidy has virtually no background to speak of, and the remaining two are extremely anonymous.....and YOUNG. Geez I am sure the sagacity and maturity neede of a Publicly Traded Company are no big deal for the youngins right? Gotta learn somehow? Not a good sign. So we are left with Dr. Percival. Has anyone done a dig into his other companies? I have, and it aint pretty. Look around, but it seems to me that this board replacement looks bad, and looks like a full scale clearing out of the big money.
My sincere hope is for a quick closing of BOTH legal issues (not just the patent infringement). Furthermore, I have seen on Winnipeg Free Press, that RQB is no longer under contract from Bonify. Thoughts? Is this true? Any update from RQB? I have just heard crickets on here, while wishful thinking continues.
To go forward, the legal issues need to go away. Revenue needs to be huge, and it doesn't look good, despite recent interview claims by the CEO. Sedar isn't lying, and it looks horrible. I am still a significant investor, but hearing random pumping by the likes of Hawkeye and Benz (who just magically opened up his account within 24 hours of the Patent Infringement Case, anyone notice?), has not helped. Its hurt our ability to analyze from the outside.
Anyone care to comment without attacking me? Lets stay civil and cut through this. Oh yeah, and before anyone bleats out "call the office", yeah its been called....many times. This is a forum, and its OURs....we can speak as we wish.
Thoughts?
