RE:Miscellaneous Info on PYR & Stafftopseeker wrote: Good Day All Longs, The New Year is upon us and ' what will be, will be ' in plenty for PYRs' destiny. They now have a good number of diverse multi- billion market targets to address with their R & D research & good results. I am a patient Long & have been for awhile with PYR for numerous reasons. I have always done my DD( eg. numerous data/info. sources) before and after any investment to ensure a more reliable favourable outcome, eg. higher sp levels. Of late, IMO, the sp has shown far too much weakness. Thus, IMO, I see it as an opportunistic value to buy in, and Yes, I have been fortunate enough to be able to buy more undervalued shares this week. Here is now some info on 2 PYR Insiders : Officers & Senior Management Peter Pascali, President, CEO & Director Mr. P. Peter Pascali has been the CEO and President of PyroGenesis Canada Inc., since June 2006. Prior to 1990, Mr. Pascali served as an officer in the corporate banking divisions of The Bank of Nova Scotia and Westpac Banking Corporation in New York City. Mr. Pascali joined PyroGenesis Inc. in 1992. He has been Member of Cleantech Advisory Board at Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade since September 16, 2011. Mr. Pascali received a Masters in Business Administration from McGil University in 1983 where he also received his Bachelor of Science degree. Note: Of the total PYR o/s shares as at 08/29/2019 = 139.62M, Peter owns Directly/Indirectly/Control or Direction 73.21M shares( 52.4% ). It's fair to say, he has plenty ' of skin ' in PYR to see it succeed very, very well for all shareholders too. Pierre Carabin, Director of Engineering Mr. Pierre Carabin, MEng, serves as Director of Engineering of PyroGenesis Canada Inc. Mr. Carabin served as Chief Engineer of PyroGenesis Canada Inc, since June 2006. Mr. Carabin joined PyroGenesis in 1998. He is now involved in the design, development, operation and promotion of PyroGenesis's plasma technologies for waste treatment. He has over 14 years' experience in chemical process engineering and process development. r. Carabin holds a Bachelor's and Master's in Chemical Engineering Degrees from McGill University. Note: Pierre Directly owns 0.55M shares There was a news release of another firm involved in Dross recovery that gave me thought to address the question of the 3 Cs. of Ultromex (competition/compatibility/collaboration ) with PYR as the comparison. Info. as follows: Aluminium solutions firm Ultromex wins multi-million pound Middle East contract....... A Merseyside firm specialising in helping the aluminium industry has won a multi million-pound contract for its technology to help the Saudi Arabian national producer of the product. Ultromex provides innovative solutions to the industry, to recover value from aluminium dross and other industrial by-products for primary and secondary smelters. It announced on Friday it has secured the massive contract to supply its technology to Saudi oil firm Radian, who recently secured an agreement with the national producer to process aluminium smelting by-products. Note: Once reviewing the applicable web sites, in simple summary, PYR covers the front half of Dross recovery & Ultromex does the back half. Now that makes for lovely synergies. There has been talk by some for PYR to buy back shares as much as possible & as soon as possible. My thought on this matter is a simple No. Every $ coming in for now & into the foreseeable future, IMO, will be of far more value-added in addressing all their potential diverse significant market targets. Good day for now, Best wishes to All Patient Longs, Sincerely, Topseeker
............ Correction to Insider Holding. Pierre actual PYR holdings is 0.41M common shares. The Insider that owns 0.55M common shares is Robert Radin. Who he is, is as follows: Major General Robert M. Radin ......In June 1999, MG Radin became the commander of the 101st Airborne Division's Division Support Command (DISCOM), the largest brigade in the division and the most complex in the Army. His immense knowledge of maintenance expertise took the division's HEMTT fleet from totally broken to over 96% mission ready..... In 2003, MG Radin became the Commanding General of U.S. Army Joint Munitions Command. He increased industrial base small arms production for all services by over 300%, from fewer than 400 million rounds per year to more than 1.2 billion rounds per year, filling a dire shortage in stocks due to the exponential increase in ammunition expenditures in support of the Global War on Terrorism.....During his tenure, from December 2003 to December 2004, he deployed to Kuwait as the Commanding General, Army Material Command Forward Southwest Asia/C-4, Coalition Forces Land Component Command, Operation Iraqi Freedom. While deployed supervised a reclamation program which processed over $600 million of ammunition which otherwise would have been deemed unserviceable and simply demilitarized but instead was put back into the system. He also spearheaded an unparalleled retrograde program which saved the Army over $3.5 billion in Class III, V, VII, and IX, by returning unused and undocumented supplies and equipment back into the Army supply system......He departed U.S. Army Joint Munitions Command in 2005 to become the Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics and Operations, U.S. Army Material Command at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. In 2007, MG Radin was selected to be the Commanding General of United States Army Sustainment Command. During his tenure, Army Sustainment Command earned its reputation as Army Materiel Command's "single face to the Soldier" by establishing add-on armor installation sites throughout Iraq and Afghanistan, creating in-theater refurbishment centers, receiving and issuing over 11,000 MRAPs and 330 SPARK Mine Rollers, adding ballistic protection to over 1,500 fuel tankers, up-armoring over 9,000 vehicles, maintaining an over 95% readiness rate, repairing/issuing Theater Sustainment Stocks, and managing the property accountability of all Theater Provided Equipment. Following this assignment, his 35-year career culminated as the Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff, G-4, United States Army from 2009 to 2011. MG Robert M. Radin retired in 2011........... An incredible career, well earned & well deserved indeed. Knowing some of the people involved with PYR gives me comfort & the luxury of sleeping well at night with my investment.
