They can wriggle about as much as they want. They have not performed the tasks that is expected from directors. Will it be fines or jail or both. Their shares in Core likely will be forfeited and what bones are left will be picked clean by angry shareholders. CRA will do pretty thorough audits too. This is a landmark case textbook stuff for students. Environmentalists will take keen interest. We are living in a regime change. Damage to the environment is a rally call for many many young. Titan in it's current form is done. A lot of angry climate change people in Australia.
