Athabasca Oil Corporation (AOC) is a Canadian energy company with a focused strategy on the development of thermal and light oil assets. AOC’s segments include Light Oil and Thermal Oil. The Thermal Oil segment includes the Company’s assets, liabilities and operating results for the exploration, development and production of bitumen from sand and carbonate rock formations located in the Athabasca region of Northern Alberta. It also consists of two operating oil sands steam assisted gravity drainage projects and a resource base of exploration areas in the Athabasca region of northeastern Alberta. The Light Oil segment includes its assets, liabilities and operating results for the exploration, development and production of light crude oil and medium crude oil, tight oil and conventional natural gas. Its Light Oil segment consists exclusively of the Duvernay in the Greater Kaybob area with about 155,000 gross acres across Kaybob West, Kaybob North, Kaybob East and Two Creeks.

RE:RE:400k shares if you bid .64 before the open. Great dealSomebody is trying to keep this company down. That's why I thought a buyout. It could be any where from $0.75-$1. Fair value is $2.25
With oil over $65 and $20 diff and line 3 and transmountain closer to $4. These pipelines guarantee a flow of oil at a reasonable discount. Keystone increases it even more.
With the debt carry forward and debt not due until 2022, very easy company to buy.
Stat oil in at least $1.55. So if they got $2 they are good.
Lots of games in oil, but sooner or later fundamentals prevail. Shale will falter and wars and opec will reign. I see $70 wti where everyone see $50. Won't know until the end of the year whos right, but this will be long gone by then.
