TORC Oil & Gas Ltd. T.TOG

Primary Symbol: VREYD

TORC Oil & Gas Ltd engages in the exploration, development, and production of oil and natural gas reserves in the southeast Saskatchewan area. Crude oil constitutes an overwhelming majority of the production mix the company gathers from its assets. TORC gains access to its assets through government issued royalties and uses various techniques to identify hydrocarbon reservoirs. The company focuses heavily on light oil resource plays and relies on a three-phased strategy of resource capture, delineation, and production growth.

RE:RE:Payout.

RE:RE:Payout.LSB, Light Sour Blend, at Cromer. According to TOG corporate presentation 74% is sold at these prices They say 85% is downstream of Cromer.  The average price was $70 per barrel in 2019.
No egress problems, this is one of the main reasons I have TOG in the portfolio.  CCPIB is another.

This is what I have found for public hedges so far.
Jan 1, 2020 – Mar 31, 2020 500 Collar 60.00 88.50 C$WTI
Jan 1, 2020 – Mar 31, 2020 500 Collar 60.00 89.00 C$WTI
Jan 1, 2020 – Mar 31, 2020 500 Collar 60.00 90.00 C$WTI
Jan 1, 2020 – Mar 31, 2020 500 Collar 60.00 90.50 C$WTI

Commodity sensitivity puts $139 million in exess of Capex and dividend, when WTI is $65.
How gready do we want to get?
I'm not saying hedge it all at over $65, but it should be more then 2000 barrels out of 28000.

Cheers Matthew
