Banks short oil industry, lets identify them like the us/eu

Banks short oil industry, lets identify them like the us/euIt would be nice if our exchange that is the worst performing in the world, would adopt the same short conditions as other exchanges and end the hidden factor of the banks.
Banks talk out of both sides. They control the lending to our oil companies and stocks of all of their cuatomers, so easy to manipulate stocks and industries by shorting. They have long shorted the oil industry. If we could indeify this it would make it fair for all investors, rather then just the banks. Could you imagine if we knew how much the banks shorting all these oil companies.
The only fair way and the way all other exchanges work. Canada wake up
