RE:RE:RE:RE:Corporate updateThe way I readthis is that based on the NON-BINDING terms of agreement with CVR Global (aka Peter Bakema) every one else is working diligently to get things moving in the right direction and that following the Shareholder meeting we'll have at least one new director (probably Marc imo). However the key words are in capitals; Bakema will know that he has us over a barrel and that without the agreement being finalised we will not be able to convince the regulators that we are ready to relist. The recent lift in the sp on the OTC is encouraging but lets hope that Bakema does actually realise that without progress he won't benefit either. To my mind there is still a clear risk of being held hostage him . . . the threat of legal action needs to remain on the table until the deal is finally signed.
