A deal with an established, verifiable company with real brick & mortar production facilities, a reasonable timeline for the signing of supply contracts and delivery of products and, lastly, a statement from the living, breathing CEO of said company with details of the partnership. So vastly different from the "alleged" Ghana joint venture with fictitious "Unified Construction" and someone's house as the corporate address. You can actually search the web for "Axia Materials" and get legitimate hits, lol.
