I do not see this moving until the PEA comes out in Mar/Apr.  After that I can see them coming out with news shortly thereafter confirming a JV or buyout plan and  then moving into an expensive prefeasability assessment financed largely by that partner.  That is just my guess.  The stock is ~22% owned by insiders which is pretty damned good IMO, and several insiders did some solid buying during Nov+Dec last year.  I am not worried about the retailers who likely bought into this thinking a Vanadium play and continue to lose patience and split rather than waiting for a very positive Iron story to playout.  I will continue to accumulate slowly as they sell :)
