Core Gold BOD must resign and appoint Keith Piggott as chair

I’m not sure how the board has issued a public statement admitting their bias towards a hostile entity taking control of the company isn’t in breach of their fiduciary duties?  They have a legal obligation to ensure the company and all it’s shareholders are the first priority in a business dealings involving Core Gold.  If there’s a conflict of interest in a matter as important as a hostile takeover, then they’re obligated to resign.  Their stupidity is baffling.
