But with one caveat, they also keep retail on board, not for the gambler fraternities sake, but for the First Nation small investors benefit. You see First Nation do have to agree to any change to their original agreement with Nemaska and local people's acceptance figures high in Pallinghurst (PL) mission statement.... :-) This is not far off how things played out with PL's Jupiter Mines.
