It would seem to be an issue with their plateform/software, as the tracking number generated was.... for another item or someone else?? Because on their end, they had my order on ''processing''.... but, there's a silver lining for everyone to this....

So, poor communication of a good situation... I mean,imo, you can ''over sell'' products as long as you communicate it when it is being purchased that it is out of order and there will be delayed shipping.

Oh well.....a decent way to recover the issue....
