Where we stand now.
The reason for all the manipulation to get the share price down was a result of the management wanting to regain controlling interest in the company. The history is this. The share price went up to the $6 range, the infrastructure of the company was built using share holder investment, the brick n morter if you will. Management no longer had a controlling interest in the company and were ripe for the picking if a bigger fish was looking to purchase enough outstanding shares from retail. A very real posibility. Key personel in management left the company and were replaced. That same key personel sold off all shares in the company above the $1 level. The rights issue was brought forward which sent share value down to $0.17 Annonomous bought millions of shares, possibly the key personel mentioned. The rights offering was a success $20 plus million was raised. The CEO was switched out with that key personel and tada! The management has controlling interest in the company and they arranged funding to see us through to a profitable outcome with no longer the worry of a take over. Genius don't you think? My only question is when are they going to take their foot off our throats and stop manipulating the price? Let the price reflect the true value of the company instead of less than 40% of the value of the infrastructure alone. It's worth much more.
