Kaleron & Escrow?Hmmmmmm.
I noticed two things recently, with respect to the original 2018 QT (Qualifying Transaction) which led to NMC / Eve's restructure and financing:
1) Kaleron Holdings Ltd originally held 16.4M shares and was listed on previous Eve Investor Presentations in the their Capital / Shareholder section. They are no longer mentioned. Did they divest?
2) Dr. Mehraneh Ebrahimi was appointed as a director and appears she was connected (appointed) in connection to Kaleron. She is no longer cited as a Director. Per the 2018 filing, the following statement was attached (superscripted) against her name "In connection with the QT Non-Brokered Financing, Carlaw and NMC provided Kaleron Holdings Ltd. (“Kaleron”) with the right to nominate one director to the board of the Resulting Issuer so long as Kaleron holds at least 5% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares"... referenced from here:

I could be mistaken, but it also appears that the majority of the shares originally issued in escrow would now be past the escrow period (the majority of the millions of escrow shares were held in escrow for up to 18 months from the QT / TMX filing, which would have just passed at the end of December). Also, if you look on the TMX (quote Eve), it now states that there are 0 escrow shares, whereas only very recently there were millions under the escrow category.
Could any of this have relevance to recent price action? Don't know. Interesting. Food for thought.
Have an awesome day.
Peace. Long Eve!!
