RE:RE:RE:Haulted?Straight from Ausa's website:
"What consideration is being paid by Australis for the Proposed Transaction?
On completion of the Proposed Transaction, the members of Folium will exchange their units for common shares of AUSA such that current shareholders of AUSA will hold approximately 9% of the Australis shares and current members of Folium will hold approximately 91% of the AUSA shares on an undiluted basis, resulting in a reverse takeover of AUSA."
At 9%, the implied value of Folium is $835M. So if your average price is $0.90, that means Folium would need to double when it starts trading for you to break even.
I used $0.90 because it's the 200 day MA, which means most retail investor's average in Ausa is $0.90.
For those who bought Ausa at the pp price of $2.03. Good luck trying to break even.
Ausa shareholders are getting squeezed beyond belief.
