RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Haulted?Ok let me break it down for you when I say there's no immediate value for Ausa shareholders.
Ausa's mcap is $75M right now, at 9%, the implied value of Folium is $875M.
Which means Folium would be trading at that valuation.
Let's say the float is 100M shares, that would imply a stock price of $8.75 per share.
So please tell me where the value for Ausa shareholder is when you can buy Folium on the exchange for $8.75 on day 1 when it starts trading.
Where's the value?!?!? Where's the benefit for Ausa shareholders?
I might as well buy Folium shares on day 1 if it's going to 10000x anyways.
What does Ausa shareholders get for being Ausa shareholders?
While ACB gets to exercise their Ausa options at $0.25 per share, ausa shareholders are paying market price.
Get it now ya noob? Damn... I feel like I'm talking to a 17 year old when NewBuddah claims he's in his 30s. SMH!!!
